So you’re debating whether or not to bring an Elf-on-the-shelf into your home. Your little one has been begging for the past two Christmases and you’re ready to cave. Well, if you’re ready for the commitment, and it WILL be for years to come. And you’re sure I can’t convince you to back out now while you still can! Then let’s dive right into it.
Firstly, in their original state the elves arms and legs can’t hold many positions as their simply stuffed. To remedy this, I threaded wire into their arms and legs using these steps.
Once that’s done your elf (or elves, because we adopted a few at the request of my daughter) will be able to do cartwheels if you so desired. So let’s get into my top ten list of elf-on-the-shelf ideas.

ELF-ON-THE-SHELF-IDEA NO.6- “KEEP CHRIST IN “CHRIST”-MAS”

ELF-ON-THE-SHELF-IDEA NO.7 – “THE SKIING ACCENT”
